We only need $34,000 to complete the building - Keep on Giving!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: Last March, after inspecting the old Golden Ave church building, engineers concluded it was unrepairable. At that time, the church voted on a New Building Project. Phase 1 is now complete & the old building is gone. Plans are in the works to construct a new multi-purpose building that will be used for all of Golden’s multiple ministries, including Freeway West & Golden Cares. If you feel led to give, your love offering (of any size) will be a greatly appreciated!

Why do we open the doors of the church to addicts, homeless people, the drug dealer, and the prostitute? Because we believe the Gospel is able to set anyone free. We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit and that He still draws people to King Jesus. At the end of the day, it’s about seeing people saved and lives changed forever! That's why we partner with Freeway Ministries. To reach the hard to reach with the gospel of Christ, changing the Westside story, one life at a time! (click to see more!)

Golden Cares Food Outreach

Every Friday 10 am - 2 pm

Golden Cares gives out free groceries to families in need, every Friday, from 10 am - 2 pm,

We can always use extra help doing preparation and setting up on Thursday afternoons or passing out food on Fridays! If you feel led to serve, please contact Tom Colvard.

One-On-One Discipleship

With discipleship being our focus for 2023, if you are interested in being discipled, please sign up on the bulletin board! It's a go-at-your-own-pace, scripture packed program!
